Smart Ford in Malvern is a smaller dealership with a big heart. Our Salesman, Sam Ivy, was great to work with! We came from a couple of hours away, and he was awesome at answering questions through phone calls and texts to help us decide if it was going to be worth the drive. I needed service work done to my Bronco so I went to Riser ford in Hot Springs and that was a horrible mistake. So I drove to Smart ford and they were very polite and welcoming. I will continue to take my car there.

I always get great service when my car needs maintenance and repairs. When it was time to upgrade, the sales team had everything ready for me when I showed up so the process wa super quick compared to other experiences.

I had great communication with David. He is honest and trustworthy. I was screwed around by two dealers in Houston on the same vehicle, Autonation Ford & Big Star Ford. (Avoid these people at all costs). David the General Manager of Smart Ford went way out of his way to help me purchase at a good price and deliver this vehicle. They delivered the vehicle to me at my work in Houston about 450 miles from their dealership in Arkansas, the next business day. I have already referred him to several people. This is a dealership with good old honest values. My purchase was a New 2024 Ranger Raptor!
