This bank is holding 3 months of my dying sister’s disability checks. They claim because there was fraudulent activity they have the right to hold her money. She has nothing. Literally dying in the hospital with stage 4 cancer. They say there’s nothing they can do until the case is resolved meanwhile my sister has no money. What a ridiculous company!

I was a victim of online fraud. Not only did was I denied my claim, but the branch manager STILL refuses to release MY benefits money NOT involved with the fraud. Bank isn't out not 1red cent. I'm STILL trying to find out how to get MY money SHE has a hold on. Going on 4 months with nothing. She wont even communicate with me on the phone. DO NOT USE US BANK IN MALVERN ARKANSAS. 2 of the ladie there are Awesome and helpful. The rest ESPECIALLY the manager are the rudest people I've ever met.

Be prepared to be harassed and spend quiet a bit of unnecessary time in drive through. Multiple questions asked even though we have had an account with this bank for well over ten years and both drivers licenses were provided. THIS branch does not like allowing you to get cash! This was not the first incident.

ONLY gave one star because i had to in order to write a review. I spoke to the assistant manager Betty. I had a deposit was rejected and i asked why. Well Betty with her rude self couldn't tell me. I had to make appointment to come in . Why cant you look at it . Well i am smarter than the workers there i called Bryant and they explained why it was rejected and was pulling imagine of check. Why can one US Bank do it but the other cant. They need to close Malvern branch down. They are rude and refuse to help customers.

US Bank as a whole is great, this location is abysmal. With the exception of two of the tellers, the service is awful. The manager is disrespectful, unapologetic, and unqualified. If you need to bank in Malvern, definitely avoid US Bank. If you already have US Bank, it's worth the drive out of town to find good customer service.

The ATM shorted me $20, not a big deal, however I've left messages for the manager Holly who hasn't bothered to call me back, so it looks like this branch will lose another customer. I'm sure they don't care and no longer want my business or they would've returned my call.

At 2 pm I'm guessing some lady's may be at lunch, but 1 lady working a full drive through and 4 people lined up in the lobby. Also 2 lady's in their office 1 doing nothing. I am moving my account but this bad customer service will be dreadful until my switch is done

Need to change branch manager at usbank malvern Arkansas. june 2020 we had a problem. We could never get anyone to call us back so we changed our bank to Arvest nice people and not rude and hateful. We are way to old to put up with the managers attitude.

Not sure of her name, but the older lady with short white hair and glasses is the absolute RUDEST person I have ever come across. She was so unprofessional, and spoke to me in such a degrading way. I’m not sure why the bank would even allow her to work there when she clearly has NO customer service skills, or basic respect for another human being. Unfortunately their drive through is also the slowest one. They don’t get in a hurry whatsoever.

It should not take 1 solid hour to get through the drive thru lanes. 16 cars in line for one teller helping customers is insane. Do not recommend.

I understand the Covid rules. But please tell me why the bank can not open the lobby to an extent just as any other store. Sitting in the drive through where only 2 lanes are open for 30 minutes only to drop off a deposit is absolutely ridiculous. Either staff the drive through to be efficient or open the lobby and allow customers in. Take temps if you have to. Only allow a couple in at once if you have to. The poorest customer service I’ve seen during the entire pandemic.
