I don’t know what’s happened to malvern service as of late, but we literally watch our mail lady drive up and put we missed you slips in our mailbox. She is too lazy to get out of her car and get a signature. It’s sad!!! No work ethic is left it seems. One day I’ll record her doing it.

I have never had any issues with USPS in Malvern. I have successfully and timely received probably a dozen packages and also all my first class mail. I have occasionally failed to receive my weekly magazine, and I do not know the cause of those occurrences, but I have easily resolved them with the publisher. Lastly, I must mention, I have always been pleased with the quality of customer service I have received at the inside counter. Agents have even been happy to help me intercept a package, which had just been transferred to USPS from UPS, a day early.

Sure would be nice if the mail man picked up outgoing mail. Been having a a envelope sit out for 3 days now.

They lose mail entirely to often or take weeks to deliver packages that used to only take days a year ago. The whole USPS organization as a whole has sunk to third world levels in just a year. Tired of the covid, weather and budget cut excuses. It should not take three weeks for something to get to indiana from Arkansas or a month+ to Jersey. I'm waiting on stuff now from Florida that got sent on 2-12 and for some reason almost 3 weeks later no one knows we're it is.

Went in to get a P.O. Box and they say you need two forms of ID which was no problem. But then they say that you have to have a local home address to get one which basically defeats the purpose of any of the other forms of ID. Explain to me why I’d need a P.O. Box if I have a local home address. They wouldn’t even accept the address to the trucking company we work for in Malvern.

Whoever gives this location a positive review doesn't know what they're talking about. If this was a hospital, all the patients would be dead. Drove 30 mins to Hot Springs to find a functioning post office.
