I called on a Thursday. Spoke with the lady receptionist whom took my number and said she would call me the following Monday to confirm our appointment on Tuesday for a wheel alignment. I had to ask the receptionist to confirm my phone number which she had wrong. I didn’t receive a call from her on Monday. I called but no answer.I was really wanting to use a local shop but ended up going to Ivey’s in Arkansas and they did a great job (very professional).As for Keith’s, they get a one star for consumer service.

My name is Quentin We were traveling from Memphis to Iowa and our water pump went out. The tow guy recommended Keith's Auto and we're so glad he did. Keith and Ariana were so friendly and really treated us like family-we can't say enough good things about this place. They went out there way to Take us to our hotel for the night ? And recommended restaurants and Even Delivered my Vechicle to me the next morning! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And they got us back on the road quickly. FANTASTIC COMPANY!! THANKS GUYS!
