Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Good Internet, good climate control, lots of hot water. Very friendly front desk. I like the hard surface floors. You know they're clean (unlike with carpet). This is exactly what I look for in a budget hotel. The room was in very good condition although the dresser and desk were a bit worn with some chipped paint. That's not a problem except for people who expect everything to be new and stylish. (There are expensive places across the highway for those kind of people.) Note, there is a small surcharge for credit card payments. I wish more places would do that so that cash customers don't have to subsidize credit cards. (I paid by card but would carry more cash if more places did this.)

Worst Motel i have ever tried to sleep.Had do leave after 2 Hours. It was Itchy, stinky and loud. Even thr Floor had some Marks from the Person before on the bathroom floor. Never ever

The room was clean/ no bed bugs too. However, one of our beds were stacked on 3 boxsprings that were stained dirty.There is no breakfast like advertised. 3 of the four outlets didn't work.

The floors, refrigerator and microwave were filthy. But by far the worse thing was the smoke alarm was missing.

NEVER STAY HERE! The place was sooo nasty tub was full on hair bed was moldy and had blood on it pillows wasn’t made.. FRONT DESK LADY WAS RUDE AS EVER and she wouldn’t even give me my money back when i tried to ask she called the police saying i tried to threaten her when no paper says no refund. Never going back!

Excellent staff, very helpful with everything. The rooms are kept in excellent condition, very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone stopping in Marion for the night or long term by the week.
