They failed to file my wife's taxes last year. They said they'd wave our tax fee this year, they didn't.The lady this year was slow as molasses, and had to be told to do anything above the minimum, like filing our church donations. And she did them wrong to the point we broke even, but had to pay $330 to file. Then we were called and told our taxes had been redone while we weren't there and now had a bigger rebate. Only to look it over and see it done wrong a second time.We'll be going to the Jonesboro location and hoping they aren't awful like this one is.

Been denied for the same loan i get every year ...with no problems yet i cant even get a legit answer to why i didnt get the loan and cant reapply or get help into lookin g into these matters so no i definitely wont be back ...u charge almost 400..and the loan is the only only reason my family files there ....lost a longtime client congratulations
