For 3 days my internet was out due to the winter ice storm (week of the February 2) So I called today to get a credit for those days. A representative told me that if it's an "Act of God" that Ritter does NOT give a credit! What! So if it storm, ice or whatever your lines may go down and the customers suffer and we can NOT receive a credit. This is awful customer service and service period! Believe me I would switch but no other internet services is offered in Millington. Which is totally ridiculous!!! And for months my services don't work in my back bedroom and they only say turn the router box back in and off. In which it does not help at all. Ritter is the worst @rittercomm You get no stars at all if I put 1 it's because I had to post.

Recently moved to Millington, and Ritter communications has not been reliable for us. While the technicians and customer service individuals on the phone are friendly, helpful, and understanding, apparently Ritter's outdated equipment and infrastructure is simply subpar for the digital age we live in. I work from home, and Ritters wi-fi is not dependable; I never know when I'll get kicked off the Internet. Something needs to change.

Worst wifi I've ever seen and hands down worst customer service. Signal disconnects so many times a day that watching a movie is impossible!! Then you get lied to by the service techs by telling you that yours is the only one doing this but when you read the reviews and talk to other customers it's a wide spread problem that Ritter is too cheap to fix but they have the nerve to expect your premium payment every month. I would love for a new company to offer wifi in the Marked Tree area, until they have some competition I doubt these issue's will be addressed

Sit in there for 10 mins today before anyone came from the back so I could pay my bill. Already disappointed about the service. Half the time it don't work. Money down the drain .
