“Exceptional service, and free Bibles to boot! They also have a place to leave a prayer request, which I personally think is great. They had me fixed up in no time. Would recommend!”
“My friend Tim Combs was broke down in Paragould, Ar. He called several part houses but Battery & Parts Warehouse had everything he needed for a C5500 Chevy rollback. He needed brake pads, rotors, axle seals, and silicone to fix him right up. All was in stock and had great prices friendly service and will do business again if ever needed again.”
“Helped me in a PINCHHH and was super reasonable. 10/10 if I have trouble with something I’ll push my vehicle there to get it fixed before driving it in somewhere else.”
“The customer service was amazing they took care of me even though it was late. Great people and are very friendly. If you ever need tires and service without a doubt come to them!! Thank you!”
“Price was very reasonable and problem fixed the first time. Expected the truck to be in a couple days, but was called a couple hours later. Great place for electrical problems for your vehicle!”
“He is always so great with my car and informing me every step of the way. He is amazing and I wouldn’t go to anyone else with any vehicle issues! Great customer service and very reasonable priced. The best mechanic I’ve ever been too. I thank you so much!!”
“Only place I’ll go to!! I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics taking advantage of the fact that I am a young single mom who has no clue about cars I’ve been overcharged multiple times. This guy was very respectful charged me a very fair price and was honest with me about what was wrong with my vehicle instead of trying to finesse me. He’s the only shop I want to take my car to when I need work done and I highly recommend this place to anyone.”
“Took my wife’s 22 terrain in called dropped off they had the part instock fuel pump. And had it done later in the day. Best service dept thanks so much”
“10/10 recommend! Chris replaced my power steering pump for me and he was busy but told us to go ahead and bring my vehicle up there and he'd get to it when he could, well at like 8am the next morning we got a text saying it was ready!!! So thankful for Batemans Auto Repair Shop and will definitely be back when other vehicle problems come along. His prices are also WAY cheaper than everywhere else in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“If your looking for quality work in the auto body field you have found your place, I own an automotive shop down the road and Chad is the only person I refer body work too.”

“This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Glen Sain Ford in Paragould and I am so happy with them! I worked with Crietia Simonton is the saleswoman I worked with and she was amazing! She explained everything to us in terms we could understand and made everything so easy. She even had the vehicle pulled up to the front door when we got there. I pray this vehicle lasts us a long time, but should we find ourselves needing another vehicle we will be going back to Glen Sain Ford in Paragould. Thank you so much, Crietia!”
“Jerry drove two hours to our location to retrieve my elderly father’s keys that were locked in the trunk of a PT cruiser convertible. He tried everything they say do…. However, due to his wonderful ability to think outside the box, he never gave up and he pushed through and was able to open the trunk of my dad’s little car! Anyone else would’ve given up and left. But not Jerry! He stayed with us, he kept pushing through, he kept thinking outside the box. He is the hero of our day! Thank you Jerry! Your top notch”
“Every place of business I called in Jonesboro were very expensive and mostly first come first served and I wasn't satisfied with most of the reviews. I decided to look up places in Paragould and ran up on Jack's Alignment Inc. Read reviews and like what I read, especially when One said they didn't take advantage of her because she was a woman, the reasonable price, friendly, and tell you if you have anything else wrong and asked you would you like it fixed before they even touch it and give you your quote and they were exactly what she said 👌”
“They are my go to place when in trouble. They have saved me money before tariffs took place and fixed the predicament that another place put me in. Wouldn’t recommend a more honest and hardworking place. My advice is to pay in cash only otherwise it charges extra for card”
“Aj, jagger and Alex were truly angels to my son and I. Our truck started messing up due to another shops mess up back home. They were able to square us away and get us back on the road toward home. Also documented all that they found. Truly appreciate you 3 may god bless you in your endeavors.”
“The office people and the shop guys go above and beyond to get your vehicle fixed and they do such a great job on them and that is why I keep coming back because of the service”

“I was having issues with my truck that needed immediate attention and I am from out of town. These people were the only ones who were able to see me the day of. Not only were they professional, prompt, and courteous; but they are VERY honest and affordable. I was given an estimate before work was done and my truck runs perfectly fine now. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.”

“These folks are great to work with. Easy going and knowledgeable along with great prices. I ordered tires and was told they would be in the next business day around noon. I got a call at 11:54 the tires were in. Nothing like keeping your word. It means more these days.”
“Well I have been a long time patron of sains collision. They have worked on several of my vehicles. Just this last week they worked on my 2022 gmc 2500. And made my baby look like new. Had to replace a lot of trim on the passenger side and pull out dents and paint. And I can tell you their clear job is second to none. Will keep coming back every time.”

“We had to get new spark plugs and a coil pack replaced. They took care of it faster than anyone else could and for a reasonable price. Small job, but die to the design you have to remove and entire layer of air intake paraphernalia to get to the spark plugs, so it was well worth the money to have them do it.Also, no weird upsells or fishy descriptions about problems. Seems like honest work.”
“Rebuilt my transmission and was very thorough and fair priced. Tony made the experience painless and stress free. Highly recommend this shop for your transmission needs.”

“honestly I was so nervous bringing my car in but they fixed it quick and it was way cheaper than I thought it would be. The guy up front actually seemed like he cared and explained what was wrong without trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Already told my neighbors about this place, definitely going back next time something goes wrong.”
