The greasiest, most bootleg excuse for a bank I’ve ever seen! Don’t worry though, their fraud department is on top of it! They’ll hold your account hostage while they wait for you to approve the same bills that come out every single month. Do yourself a favor and go… literally anywhere else. Avoid Cortney at all costs! And yes, that’s how her name is spelled.

I went to this bank after my Massachusetts account of 21 years was hacked fraudulenty. The bank manager Miss Jessica, not only went above and beyond..she followed up with me ...100 percent on customer service.. something we don't see much of today

Opened an account yesterday and less than 24 hours later, I'm likely closing it. I had an account with them years ago and moved away. I opened an account with them again yesterday because I moved back and my current bank sometimes puts randomly long holds on check deposits and I’m tired of it. I told them that I had a check coming in today (a Saturday), how much the check would be, and I specifically asked since they were open on Saturday mornings, could I deposit my check that Saturday and have access to it by Wednesday. They said yes. I asked multiple times to be sure. My check came in and I went to deposit it this morning and I was then told that I’d have a 9 day hold on the check. I explained that wasn’t what I was told and that a shorter hold and having access to my check by Wednesday was the reason I’d opened my account to begin with. They still refused to make any of my check available sooner than 9 days. I ended up taking my check back and going back to my bank I’d planned on leaving and I will have access to my full check by Tuesday. Bank OZK might be a decent bank, but this is a very bad way to restart its relationship with me. I’ve already pulled out the money I used to open that account and will likely close it and remain at the bank I’d planned on leaving. I’m tired of banks acting like they own my money. When banks screw up, it costs the customers money. If a bank employee tells you something will definitely work, then the bank should honor it, regardless if the employee was correct or not. It’s not my fault your employees don’t know their own policies. Way to go, Bank OZK! You’ve managed to lose a customer less than 24 hours after opening an account. That might be a record!

I had a passport that showed who I was they couldn’t set up a account bc it was Expireda week ago but still showed who I was but the fat rude lady refused to set up a account or cash out my check even though I had prove of ID literally worst bank ever they should fire that lady!!

I don't understand the bad reviews, the app is fine, the people are nice, and it really blows my mind how some people can react. 1 star? Really? This bank has very nice people and they helped me set up my account with ease.

Was told by an employee that that pathway checking only had a charge for six month. Today on my six month date was told it was a year and that there was nothing that could be done about it. Abousolte trash

My main issues with this bank: 1) the app is not user friendly. It's difficult to maneuver and their recent updates only added to the problem.

The people are great, ready to serve, and so friendly! I've only been a customer less than a year, but any problems I've experienced have only been technical and were resolved as soon as I brought them up.
