Terrible experience I received a email stating they had 6 Cases of RSV and still allowed children to attend the daycare. My child literally in the hospital fighting for his life I haven’t been sleep in 7days . This is truly sad that I can’t even find a good daycare to place in kids in while at work . Once I reached out to the director or the supervisor about my concerns I was brushed off. This will not stand and I will be contacting The health department and Channel 7 so this information will save another child’s life .

We have loved our experience with Childcare Network Maumelle! As a first time mother, I was so nervous to take my new baby to daycare, but from day one Miss JaSonya and Miss Jackie have made it a breeze! I can tell that they care for my daughter like she is their own and I am so, so thankful for them! They use an app daily and record naps, meals, activities, etc - I love knowing how my child’s day is going. 100% would recommend Childcare Network Maumelle to anyone looking for childcare!

My youngest is in the infant class and his teachers are Ms.Jackie and Ms. Ja'sonya and when I tell you these two ladies are truly angels I mean it. He gets excited and has a big smile every morning when we walk into his classroom. These two ladies are like two bonus moms. I truly trust them with my baby. They give constant updates on the app of things he does or may need, as well as pictures of your child. The classroom stays well cleaned and sanitized. They do multiple activities with the babies. I have several foot prints activities they did with my child. If you are hesitant about sending your new bundle of joy just know these two ladies are going to treat your baby as there own.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Childcare Network. My baby is in Ms Jasonya’s and Jackie’s class and the extra care and support I receive from them is invaluable. Jasonya gives me peace of mind when I leave my baby with her knowing that he is well cared for and loved on while I’m at work. She goes above and beyond and did the same for my older child when she was in her class. 10/10 for me!

I am very disturbed and disappointed in the behavior of Erika Jordan, the director of the daycare #269 in Maumelle. On August 5, 2021, Erika Jordan decided to call the police on a parent who's child attended the daycare since 2016. Instead of Ms Jordan taking accountability for her mistake of reassuring a parent their child was NOT on the waiting list and DID have a spot for the upcoming school year starting on Monday, August 9th, she proceeded to CALL 911. She also specifically gave a stereotypical description and used the word "hostile" with the 911 operator, prompting the police to show up. If this is how this daycare reconciles mistakes with parents who would want to send your children here? And this is just the short version. There are so many more details to discuss!

My daughter has attended Childcare Network for about a year and a half now and we love it! Her teachers are all very sweet. We love that they offer an app that allows us to check on her activities, and meals and snacks throughout the day - even view photos. They have taken many precautions during COVID, like requiring that kids be dropped off at the door (no parents in the building), staff wearing masks, extra room cleaning, etc.

We started daycare 4 weeks ago with our first baby and Childcare Network made it such an easy and smooth transition for us. We are so grateful for the loving and caring staff. My baby is currently 4 months and she loves being there. They are very proactive with communication and so far the best experience in my opinion!

I started taking my son in October of 2020 when my son was about 6 months old, and I absolutely love the care and love they have for my son. The care and communication that I get from them is great, but it’s really how awesome they are with my baby boy that makes me give them the 5 stars. From the Director to the classroom teachers, to the teacher’s aides…I have positive experiences and love for them all!

My daughter has been at Childcare Network in Maumelle since she was six weeks old. She is now almost three. Ms. Jackie in the infant room is a blessing to my daughter and my family. Her love for Jesus and my child has been present since the first day!!!! She is truly a Godsend. Her teacher now Ms. Timeshia and is just as much a blessing! She takes the time with my daughter for her educational and emotional needs. My daughter LOVES talking about her teacher and what she has done that day! The app keeps me updated with her daily activities and toileting. Since she is potty training. PLUS I receive pictures of her throughout the day. As far as the director (Erika Jordan) has ALWAYS kept safety as her first priority which is perfect for me! Never have had problems with communication when needed. I would recommend for sure!

Update- I’ve updated my review as the management has changed. This is a horrible place to take your kids now in 2021! The new director Erika Jordan is so rude to parents. She’s not a truthful person. All of the wonderful teachers have quit. DHS has been called several times as well! I’m so disappointed on how this place has taken a turn for the worse. So sad because this was once my only recommendation.I was so happy when this daycare opened and my experience thus far has been great! My son started attending in Dec 2016 and he loves it! He wakes up saying he wants to school! Lol! The staff are very friendly and works with the children on their early developmental skills and learning. Mrs. Gaston is the director and she's such a nice and happy person. The few times I've needed to talk with her she was very professional and although I haven't had any serious issues, the few concerns that I have had, were addressed within a timely manner. I would recommend this daycare to parents who want to place their child in positive learning environment. I LOVE the teachers that he's had!! Morgan, Jasmine, Lauren, and Erin are the absolute BEST!!!!!!!!

My daughter has been going there since she was 6 months. Although we have had some changes with the directors they still manage to keep everything running smoothly and even with covid going. I wouldn’t and don’t want to change her daycare. Everybody loves my nila and she loves them especially Kelly ! Everyone is great there from the director to the teachers. Some of the teachers we started off with aren’t there anymore but when she transitioned from each class it was always smooth. I just miss being able to go in but we will get back to normal hopefully soon ! If you want a daycare that’s great this is the one !

This daycare was excellent when Ms Gadson was the director. No issues. But now, I am very disturbed and disappointed in the behavior of Erika Jordan, the director of the daycare #269 in Maumelle. I am so disappointed with my experience. This is my first negative review to ever leave. I called in March to see if I could get my sweet newborn foster baby into daycare at the Maumelle location. I completed the paperwork and did the tour. I was assured I was on the waiting list and was 2nd in line. I called back a few months later to see where I was in the process. After being on hold for 15+ minutes, I was told they had a new supervisor and they had lost all of my paperwork but I was definitely on the list and was 2nd in line. I just called for a 3rd time. After an 8 minute hold, I was told that there was a new supervisor and that they were unable to see where I had ever called in. I asked where I was in the line and was told they wouldn't have an opening until June. I am so disappointed in the service I received. I was sold from the beginning on Childcare Network but after my 3rd interaction of losing my paperwork, I am very disappointed. I tried not to be a pest by calling every week, but I guess I should have made the effort to call each week. I have heard great things about this place. I am sure the childcare is good or else there wouldn't be such a demand to get in the door; however I would recommend to the owners to get an office manager in there that can get the waiting list organized!

I love this daycare so much! My son has been attending since he was only 6 weeks old (he is now shy of being 8 months). I was extremely nervous and a typical first time mom afraid of leaving my baby in a daycare environment. I was able to tour and sit in a few days to get to know his teachers and other staff before his first day which was extremely helpful. I have never had any issues with this daycare and love each and every one of the teachers! ts nice knowing my baby is well taken care of and in good hands while I work!!

I was told that I could put my 6 month old son in part-time, but was informed six weeks later that the next day I had to move him to full-time or else I would have to find childcare elsewhere. I asked for an explaination, the director Arcola Gaston told me that the email that was sent to me 3 weeks prior stated the change, to ensure that I had made time to make appropriate arrangements. The email never stated anything of that matter, or that my child would have to discontinue care through the facility if I chose not to stay part-time! It only stated that they would like to provide me with the opportunity to put my son in full-time care and they would like to know by a certain date. On the certain date I told them no I would like to keep him as part-time, the teacher told me that wasn’t an option. So I took him out abruptly having to work around my jobs scheduling over the next few weeks. Now 4 months later I still have not recieved my refund for the week I was overcharged after calling and talking to Arcola many times over the past 4 months. I have been trying to handle the situation with grace, but I am very upset that Arcola will not return my calls now or refund my $101. I would not recommend this child care to anyone! They also incentivize people to leave good reviews on Google reviews by putting them in a drawing for a free week of childcare. I would not trust all of the five star reviews.
