I have had Fidelity Communications for a while ONLY because it's them or ATT internet where I live. Internet service is not very reliable as they seem to be down a lot. I can't depend on their internet to always be available. It's frustrating trying to watch TV over the internet or use internet on the computer as their service goes down and is unreliable. It happens several times a month. Their internet service is expensive and they expect on time reliable payments for unreliable service. If I had other internet choices I would choose something else.

SCAM! The internet service and customer service is horrible. We were told the cable line is causing the internet not to work properly, but Fidelity isn't repairing the cable line. With this being said, we decided to go with AT&T because they just in a installed new fiber optic cable lines for better service!. We called to disconnect our internet service with Fidelity, and LAURA, A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, told us that we have to wait until Monday to disconnect our service because she can only add new services. Therefore, Fidelity is only paying Laura and other employees to add services on a Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, but they can't cancel services (WHAT A SCAM)!!!!! I

I live in an 1800+ sq ft home and when I’m in my bedroom my program freezes up a lot and it’s very very frustrating. I bought a booster it didn’t help I’ve rebooted the router that hasn’t helped I’m ready to look for another company can’t get any help when I can actually get someone to talk to I get the same old same old to do the same things I’ve done over and over and when I tell them this it doesn’t seem to matter very poor business management and extremely poor when it comes to ” customer service “ which should mean something.

****I live in Little Rock, Ar.****I received the flyer in the mail and called the number listed. I told the girl I spoke with that I checked online to see if the service was in our area, and it said to call them. Well when I called, and after speaking with her, I was told she would need to send a tech out to make sure service is REALLY available to our address. Online it said it was, but we wanted to make sure. She took my number and said she would call me back the next day to let me know. Well, after 3 days, I called back and was left on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up. Until today, after reading the awful reviews, I was STILL trying to get service from these folks. How inept do you have to be that you can't even accept new business??? Apparently this is typical with this company. Even current customers are complaining on Facebook about not being able to reach anyone. Either get it together or close your business. I don't care which one you choose, BUT DO SOMETHING!!! Either go all in or go home.

I held on for an agent today 5-7-22. For 45 minutes the first time. Hung up and called again and held on for 37 minutes. Now I can understand being busy or short staffed but this is rediculas and uncalled for.

Constant (Daily) outages. Sent a tech out, he blamed it on the coax connector. Refused to check from the tap, then 20 minutes after he left (literally) the internet went out again. Spent several more hours waiting for him to come back, to finally check the outside line and he saw the signal fluctuate wildly then die several times. Has to send a "lineman" because it's at their box. Lo and behold, we're out again. Terrible. AT&T sucks just as bad in our area.

Oops they now have all calls diverted. How customer friendly is that? 2 days I have held on with no one but a repeat recording. The Maumelle office says on their site they are open. All I want is a new remote. Batteries do not make it work. My husband tore his hair out dealing with you but he has passed so NOW YOU HAVE ME. I expect someone to return my call.

Wi-Fi is down more than it’s not. I pay for next to the best that they have and still get horrible service from them.

It’s difficult to watch Netflix because the service seems to be intermittent in the evenings especially. I reset my modem, restart my Blu-ray to no avail. The program I’m watching freezes and won’t continue. My iPhone shows I have internet but the signal strength is about 50%.I’m paying almost $90/month for a service that isn’t working when I want to watch a movie. I’ve tried many times to watch “The Piano” but it never loads beyond 25%. So I unplug everything and try again. After 3 tries I look for something else to watch. And now that too has frozen. Quite frustrating.

Horrible service. This is the worst service I have ever had. Even worst than Comcast which is almost impossible.

I switched to Fidelity about 10 years ago and when the installers came out they did not bury the Cable they strung out like a close line all the way down my fence in the backyard. Their service has been terribly slow until just recently when Comcast announced that they were going to come to Maumelle and Little Rock and then AT&T has been laying fiber as well. Then all of a sudden the speed of my Internet went from 10 up to about 50 MB’s Without any additional charge. Imagine that! I don’t know who bought them out but I am thankful for competition! It’s good for all of us!

Why do people accept this kind of disrespectful service. Internet doesn’t even work. This company should be ashamed of itself

It's just unreliable and seems pretty expensive compared to peers. Once they installed the service, they never came back to bury the cable, despite multiple calls.

The WiFi is always going out. Especially on weekends. It’s quite frustrating since I have an at home job.

I pay $55 to receive cable and none of the cable channels work anymore, just the basic channels you can setup with a antenna.
