It used to be better but has deteriorated. They refill what you didn’t ask for, fill what you didn’t, or just don’t fill period. Can’t get anybody on the phone at times. Take inordinate time to fill. I get scripts filled at another pharmacy even though costs more as it’s worth it not to worry with Kroger.

I've had nothing but problems get my med filled it takes 3 to 4 days for them to fill and when I come to get them most of the time I have to wait.The computer will tell you when it will be ready but the pharmacy all ways fails.I m changing and would recommend you do the research before coming here

Not enough checkers. Most of the time all the shopping carts are still in the parking lot. A lot of trash around the store.

Don’t even get me started with this place. There is a Indian lady that is rude as hell that works here. Im thinking about switching over to Walgreens. If she wasn’t so rude then the other employees are actually pretty cool but they allow her to continue to work here and it’s ridiculous.

I'm a dental office trying to call in meds and have been put on hold 3 times and after five minutes being hung up on. The hold time is dead silent while holding.

Every time I have to order groceries I get charged for stuff did not receive and get awful substitutions (always say NO SUBSTITUTIONS). So multiple trips back when not able to get in store. Only order when cannot walk around. HATE MAUMELLE FOR EVERYTHING! When you try to call they pick up phone and hang it back up.

I normally find Kroger OK for a normal grocery store- employees are not super helpful, attentive or accommodating, but for the most part I can usually zip through a self checkout and only have to wait 6 minutes before the attendant notices I have a blinker going for an ID check or whatever. With self checkout being full and a couple attended checkout lines open, I opted for a nonexistent line at checkout 13. Once the female employee noticed I was there, she spun around and proceeded to put her left hand fingers in her mouth to lick them clean of something I'm pretty sure came out of her nose. She then kept the left hand behind her back and then wiped her hand on her pants. She then proceeded to try to grab my hand basket from the conveyor and attempt to check me out at which point I retrieved the basket and said "I'm sorry, can you wash your hands?" Met with a bewildered look, I again said "yoi had your hand in your mouth.. nope this is not sanitary." I was beyond disgusted and obviously went on to self checkout. This is vile, unhygienic behavior. I urge Kroger to go over hygiene and sanitation with employees that come face to face with customers and their groceries.

Took two days to get flu meds that needed to be started as soon as possible. No sense of urgency. No care about patient. No communication. Only failure to do what they said they would do. Recommend you take your business elsewhere as I will be doing.

Stopped to pick up my prescription my doctor called in three days earlier. The girl first said they did not have anything for me then said they had it but it was not ready. She told me to come back in an hour and a half. I could not wait that long. My Wife picked up the prescription and it was not complete. Its a 40 mile round trip and because of their incompetence I have to drive 120 miles. I called to let them know and they could care less.
