“Mark (my fiance') and I went to Mattress Firm to see what options were available with our many complex sleeping concerns and Bill (rep) comfidently answered every question. He provided many options from high-end to clearance, showed mattresses from firm to medium to soft and also those with different variety of cooling ability. I MEAN OPTIONS. Bill was great ??. He is extremely knowledgeable & informative, professional yet friendly, and was even stayed a little closing to answer questions abt a completely different purchase I made about 3 years ago.Let's just say Mark & I walked out with everything but bedding. I mean mattresses, adjustable frame with USB port, pillows, and mattress protector. And I won't even be disrespectful about the price ... let's just say Bill did phenomenal on letting us know about the sales, where there were better values, amd discounts, etc. I will mention, it wasn't as pocket-wrenching as I would have thought FOR ALL PURPLE EVERYTHING!!!Thank God for Bill being our sales rep amd not a money hungry minion.Mattress form has made another BIG sale in the Burton/Eskridge home.”

“We moved into a new house that had a bedroom we wanted to use as an office but also have the option of using it as a guest bedroom when needed.The search for a Murphy bed/desk combo was initially set to local vendors. After exhausting the local vendor I decided to search the web and came across WWBeds. Their Murphy bed/office desk was exactly what we were looking for.After placing the order i received communication about the expectation of what will be proceed during the fabrication process. Dimensions were sent to WWBeds and a little while latter we received drawings of our bed. We tweaked the design a couple of times to match our need with the cabinet configuration.Next thing you know is we been told the bed will be finished prior to the date originally told. We received picture of our furniture fully assembled to be approved it.Received the shipment and took me almost the same amount of time moving the pieces to the room as it took to assemble. The online video that shows each phase of construction was very helpful.After it was completed I am totally happy that we found WWBeds for this beautiful piece of furniture. If we ever need another Murphy bed WWBeds will be the first (and only) place I would go.”
