I’ve been having issues since the switch over in companies. Yet each time, a supervisor has extended courtesy towards my account balances. They’re greatly appreciated. When sting the fees, Jamie was already on the task of taking care of me.

Every time I’ve called, the customer service has been great! I had my belongings in storage for years and I was concerned mold may be an issue, but it wasn’t - everything was still in great shape. Highly recommend this storage facility!

My husband had his items stored here when the military moved him. The new owners/manager has been very friendly and helpful him. He has disability so the extra kindness is very appreciated.

Thieves and liars! Do not use them!!!!!!! They will steal your stuff and then say that nothing happened. We moved all of our belongings here when we were in between homes. They broke our locks and stole our TV, jewelry box, outdoor equipment and more. You can’t speak to a manager and when you “contact them” a response is 7-10 business days. Lies! Don’t bother filing a police report like they said. Insurance doesn’t actually exist. Scam company! Notice they’ve changed names on Google so these reviews don’t show up! I think this is a great story for the news team to report! Refund my money as promised through “insurance “, refund the others who have been stolen from, and I won’t share this story with every news station in Arkansas !

Red Dot is the biggest scam in storage buildings and it sucks that they’ve bought up everyone around here. They’ll find any excuse to flip their error in payment onto you, they repeat the same “no line” without speaking to what you actually say. Each person will say something different on the phone. My rate when I rented my building in April 2020 was $116. In one month (July 2022) they raised it to $276 per month for the same building. They rent that building for less to a new client, but will not give me that price unless I remove everything and re-rent my building. To get a refer a friend discount they require you to call in multiple times- seemingly to find ways out if it. I had to pay my FRIEND’S building current to receive MY DISCOUNT. For “security and privacy purposes” was it right for me to know my friend is delayed on paying their building? Hmm… shady as can be and I cannot wait to get my stuff out. Unfortunately I’m stuck at the moment with no where to move it since they own all other local buildings and I’m still renovating.*edit* I appreciate you appearing open to discussion through your kind reply. Positive reviews are important for any business, but your company has not earned one from me. I have called that number multiple times over the weekend yielding different answers and zero resolve. If you truly value my feedback, feel free to reach out to me and I’d be glad to update my review. If not, you can label me as a disgruntled *3-year loyal* customer and focus your efforts landing new customers you can abuse.
