I think every teller that has helped me have been AWESOME! And the branch manager, Devin gone above and beyond to help me on numerous occasions when my account was hacked! I consider her a valuable asset to this bank and all the other employees that I’ve come in contact with for several years. I can imagine going anywhere else for my banking needs!

banked there long before it became Regions. Individuals make thedifference in every organization in spite of company policy.I do my part as is expected of any business person and thus far have had on issues with (THE BANK). My problems have always been solved satisfactory

Awful experience with Regions bank Maumelle - I never did online complaint but this is cross my bottom line. I cancelled my CDs of Regions with a penalty charge for urgent funding use, however, the funding is freeze for over 20 days due to banker’s error - she actually didn’t move my money to my checking account. After 20 days when I come back to fix this another error occurs - they left the CD account open with 8 cents in the account - this might cause later they charge me for not enough balance? It is the bank’s error but at the customer’s cost. There is no apologies at all. Very frustrating !

Been banking at this location before it was even named Regions . Was a daily depositor of 30 plus years due to my business concerns. Despite often turnover of employees and management staff, the branch always maintained consistent hours of operation and great personal service. Recently an employee of that branch contracted Covid and they closed and quarantined for 14 days. They offered no access to the safe deposit boxes where my passports are kept. None. It seems to me they should have paid a service to disinfect the entire branch then bring in tellers from other locations . Surely a large well advertised regional bank like Regions could easily have done this! This was inexcusable business irresponsibility on their behalf. The old Regions would have never disrupted service. Customers of Regions are not impressed with your continual decline of hours of operation. Gone are the days of 10 to 2 banking hours. People are far busier and commerce is 24/7 in these times. Make an effort to make the customers concerns more a priority than your stock holders!

I wish I could give them 0 stars but they will screw up your account, take your money and then when you call to ask about what’s going on they argue with you about where YOUR money went to, but before they even discuss your account with you it’s always “we’ll call you back later” and NEVER call back. From the time you answer that phone and I give you my information you’re able to see my account. So why is it that you need to call me back to discuss my concerns when you can see everything? They go tempering with your account to make what they’re about to say true. Any who, when you tell them about your concerns regarding your transaction they like to argue with you about your balance. Then, when the companies I purchase from take the money out (but regions says they “freeze” the money) okay so even if they freeze the money that still takes the money out of the account. So why is the money being taken out an additional time on a later day and you no longer see the original day the money was taken out because it magically disappears and a couple days later it pops back up ON A LATER DAY and all regions have to say is “they froze the money” but even if they froze the money it’s still taken out of the account. In so many words this bank has fraudulent activities going on and I wouldn’t tell my worse enemy to bank with them. They don’t ever solve any of your problems because they’re too busy arguing with you about them. I have contacted the Federal Reserve regarding this matter so hopefully nobody else will have to have the same experience that I’ve encountered.

No longer you friendly local banker. They are walking the linear path to an condescending atm that no longer shows any human empathy. The move to a centralized call center is bs.

I have been with Regions for 30 or more years and I have been happy until now. They have been closing early now and closed on Saturdays. Regions has made it very hard for me to do my banking after work and on Saturdays. I am considering changing bank's.
