Based on the reviews, the facility is generally nice and clean. The check-in process is easy with very friendly staff. However, drivers often face long waits, such as 35 minutes at guard check or 15 minutes in the receiving office. Some appointments resulted in being unloaded 2 hours later. A key problem is empty trailers sometimes being assigned to a load, causing drivers to go back and forth. Also, guards now require all drivers to stop at the first stop sign until called forward. Despite these issues, the facility has a bobtail lot and a few truck stops nearby.

Easy in and out when drop and hook, haven't had to do a live unload so can't say how long they would take, but every time i have dropped , everyone is very friendly, plenty of room to maneuver around.
