Horrible experience with rude staff leaving me at counter to chat with a friend. Then refused to help during my second visit with an issue I had resolved in 30 seconds on the phone with pharmacy discount company. Something I had to do myself because on two separate visits staff refused to seek resolution. Other Walgreens had better service. Maumelle Walgreens pharmacy is one to avoid.

This Walgreens might as well not exist. It provides NEGATIVE value. If I could leave a negative review I would. Every time I need a script filled, there is a problem or delay. Every time I've tried to use the Photo/Tech area, I have problems. Printer down, computer doesn't work, etc. Like it so obvious that whoever runs the place either doesn't care or is completely incompetent. The ONLY service that is any good is the FedEx package drop off. And I suspect that's only because FedEx forces them to follow certain rules/policies etc. I get this location may be convenient for some. But seriously if you afford to spend the gas go elsewhere and save your sanity and peace of mind.

Customer service is almost non existent. I have been waiting close to one hour on the phone this morning, they claimed from the beginning that one customer was ahead of me but after 50 minutes without them answering, it is extremely unlikely that they are at all going to answer.Their drive through is always extremely slow, you can spend an hour sometimes to get served.We have moved all our personal prescriptions to Achor Family Pharmacy but unfortunately one prescription for our dog is extremely expensive at Achor compared to Wahlgreens so that is the only reason we even bother with them.

The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the experience with. Unfortunately they’re the only ones that except TriCare for retired military. Customer service, friendliness, and competence with handling medications are severely lacking at this location. For example, they gave us 10 more pills than the prescription called for. Good thing it wasn’t a controlled substance that gets audited by the feds periodically. Perhaps an anonymous tip might help them remember how to do their job..?

AVOID THIS WALGREENS. My wife and I had a cruise planned. We used the drive-through for Covid rapid testing. We were told 3 hours and the results would be emailed to us. There is a time limit as to when you must have your covid test completed or pay $150 at the cruise ship entry point. The test was completed on Saturday and today is Monday, the day of boarding. We attempted to contact the pharmacy to find out what happened with the results, but the pharmacy was closed. My wife called Monday and they said all the systems were down and the results had to be handwritten. Long story short, the rest of our family had their results the same day using another Walgreens pharmacy without any issues. I've NEVER had any issues with Walgreens but with the service we received, I am going to file a complaint with the corporate office. 2 times this morning we telephoned and they said the results were emailed this morning...which they were NOT. We still have not received results and are anxiously waiting in another line at the port to pay to have a rapid test so we can continue with our trip. Walgreens in MAUMELLE.....your customer service sucks and I will NEVER use you nor recommend ANYONE I know to use your business. Incompetent employees and pharmacy. YOU GET ZERO STARS. ??

To all the great customers that I had the pleasure of taking care of I just want you all to know I enjoyed each and every one of you!!!! I have to say I wish I could have talked to you all before leaving Walgreens but fate sent me in a different direction. The reason for my departure was I got sick with COVID and if the truth be known I probably caught it at Walgreens. Well, they wrote me up for missing the days when i had COVID. To be fair I also was written up for being late guilty YES for being late. But to have COVID and be written up for being ? sick. NOT RIGHT. THEN AFTER I WAS WRITTEN UP MANAGER HAS THE NERVE TO SAY AS I WAS EXTREMELY UPSET FOR THE WRITE UP, BECAUSE COVID WAS BEYOND MY CONTROL, "MANAGER SAYS HAVE A NICE DAY" Just want everyone to know what kind of a place this is. I also contacted Jan in HR and she called but I was NEVER ABLE TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH HER. ALWAYS WENT TO VOICE MAIL AN I LEFT MESSAGES BUT NO RESPONSE!!!SO ONCE AGAIN IT WAS TRULY MY PLEASURE TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU CUSTOMERS!!!!

The store and store employees are great. The pharmacy is another story. Today I had a tech talk over me, cut me off, get hostile with me and tell me I should take my business elsewhere. I was calm and seeking answers about a prescription that I have been trying to pick up there. She would not even let me speak or ask questions. She finally cut me off and put me on hold. After several minutes a different employee came on and easily answered my questions and explained why my prescription was delayed. There was no reason for the unkindness and hostility of the other employee. I typically use a small, privately owned pharmacy because of this exact type of experience (which I have had before at this very location). My regular pharmacy could not fill this particular prescription. Looks like things have not changed with their service at this location.

Waited in line for the pharmacy for 20 minutes. Got to the window at at 7:05 and they said we are closed. I asked why the cars in front of me all got their prescriptions and she said sorry we’re closed & now I’m without the medicine I am in very bad need of.

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes behind 4 other cars. Pulled up to the window at 6:59 pm. They pulled the shades down as I pulled up. Would not recommend. Slowest and most inconsiderate pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Tried to give them chance after chance but this did it for me.

After driving through a storm from Benton to pick up my RX, it’s closed! The store states they close at 6:00.How about UPDATING your website?! It says 10:00pm. It’s 6:52 right now. Ridiculous
