*Please Beware* when you build a new home and buy furnishings from this company! They DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTIES! I've been trying for a year to get my ice maker and ovens repaired through warranty and this company is the worst in the business I ever dealt with! YOU CALL AND THEY LIE! Never again will I buy from here!

Great experience! My nana and I were looking for an indoor waterfall for our house, and Marta and her crew in the garden section were incredibly helpful in helping us select the perfect fountain. She explained how to install it and walked us through the process. We’ll definitely be coming back to see them!

I brought stihl chainsaw & they were not able to fix it. I was disappointed with the service. I ended up bringing the saw to Ace Hardware on Morningside.

Give you broken and warped lumber. When you ask to have it replaced with straight lumber they give you attitude and tell you they have a no picking policy either take it or leave it. Contractor sales is always on their cell phones when customers are waiting. List goes on and on. Great prices but horrible customer service 6/10 times.

Avoid them like the Plague.
I ordered $170 of lumber and they Charged me $4,827.41
At first I thought it was a mistake, but i now realize it was deliberate and fraudulent. They refuse to credit me back, insist they have to mail a check, but won't tell me when that will happen, and its now been 6 weeks and I haven't heard a single word from Lumber 1. Multiple calls and emails have been ignored, no one has returned a single call.
My credit score has dropped 50 points, and interest on $5,000 I never charged.
Also, the quality of the lumber is absolute crap, which is why its cheaper than elsewhere.
EDIT: In my back and forth with the credit card company Lumber One provided Fake receipts, earlier unrelated receipts, and FORGED my signature an attempt to keep the fraudulent charges!!

I love Lumber One, the one in Mayflower and the new one in Little Rock. They provide a large selection of quality products, great prices and have GREAT customer service … all of their employees are friendly and eager to help! Mayflower Lumber One had a huge selection of mums and pumpkins yesterday from which to choose, see pics of just a few. Also, the floors in the sunroom were purchased from and installed by LumberOne! Can’t say enough good stuff about them!

Yes, they got my saw running. Was I pleased with the experience - no. Every time I went I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Tried them to see - now I know - won’t go back.
