I used to frequent this dollar general often. Recently there has been a new team member who is just a nightmare. I believe her name is Cas. She is rude to fellow coworkers and is extremely demanding in front of customers. She is very short and has no sense of customer service. The influx of bad reviews does not surprise me. I don’t think it’s a coincidence.

My husband went up there specifically for a sale they were having. It was Dr Pepper 2 lt 3 for $4 & 3 for $3 with a coupon... it rang up wrong and he asked for help... the ladybre rang it up and did not help him fix it. Since he has anxiety he didn't say anything else... they chatged us $3.25 per Dr. Pepper. I've tried to call and they don't answer the phone.

I did some shopping today and I had purchased a pack of chapstick, but when I got home it wasn't in my bag. I'm totally disabled so I just can't run back to the store to get it. I really needed it...

I bought a green dot card n loaded $40 , but when I tried to activate the card it said the card info was no good and when I brought it back in for refund the store clerks played games for 40 mins. acting like they were trying to refund it but in reality they were trying to keep my money. In the end I told them Im not leaving until they give me my money. They eventually quite the games n gave my money

Nicholas is a 5-star guy! He was handling the front of the store by himself with so much patience and kindness. While we waited in line to be checked out, he quickly and nicely attended to multiple self-check out issues and problem transactions. There was quite a lot going on, but he was super intentional with every customer. I will continue to shop here just because of him!

We were just in the dollar general market in Mayflower. (9/23/23 at 6:20pm) The registers were acting up and causing the employee, Nicholas, problems. He was very apologetic to the customers in the store. He was doing his best to get everyone checked out and on their way. He stayed calm and was so nice. It appeared he was the only one working and he was handling the situation the very best he could! Such a nice young man!!!

There are some women in there that are extremely nice. They always tell you hello they greet you there extremely friendly to my grandson and they always tell you bye when you leave ,They always seem to have things .Now there is a women that is extremely rude.. and because of her I will probably never come back to the store. I really enjoy the store because it’s in my hometown, but I cannot stand people that talk about you or that say things and then when you confront them they continue to talk about that in front of customers and to other employees, so with that being said, more than likely, I will never go back to the store in my hometown, and if you’re going to do drugs at work, you should buy make sure they’re not on your face when you come out and check on customers or when you harass customers .

The most horrible customer service! Put in a pickup order for between 11-12 .. got there at 1130 and nobody had even looked at the online orders yet.. finally get my order and they said half the stuff I ordered wasn't in stocks.. I go right back inside to replace the things I wasn't able to get in my order and EVERYTHING they said was out was sitting right on the shelf! Then I'm ready to check out and they act like it's a sin not to use the self checkout.. nobody wanted to ring me up .. this store seriously needs a better staff! I won't be shopping there anymore! Lazy people is all that works there!!
