But I can say that since I made the move from Harrison to Conway office things are a whole bunch better all the way around, and the staff members are friendly and very helpful in Conway ??”

“I love to place my orders via phone. I don’t like the portal. I was unable to find the 2 additional items I needed. I would not have had that problem with a phone call. No one answered the phone so I had to use the portal. The Customer service reps and the delivery team are all great people”

“OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Friendly folks. Checkin/Checkout and drop/hook all good. The Receiving was in the front dock area just to your right as you pull into facility about midway of the bldg. Drop trailer/hook area was on opposite side of building, the driveway goes all the way around to backside of bldg. Ovnp yes at rear of bldg drop side area. I found the folks here friendly and a no non sense process, very good IMO.”

“Ishmel is an amazing man he’s come multiple times for stuff we’ve need or changed out and he goes above and beyond the care and service his bed side manner is impeccable just an amazing human being all around and the kindness he shows to my grandma and me just had us in tears and Keith the dispatcher has amazing customer service and such a kind attitude and let us know they’ve got us if we need it I’m so happy with this company and employees they really take care of people you don’t have a million hoops to jump through to get help if I could give 10 stars I would thank you guys for the work and care y’all provide.”
