I showed up the for the first time and there was a lock on my unit. I called 3 times couldn’t get an answer so I called the next day and canceled waiting on my refund

Well I'm disappointed with the storage in Mayflower. It's totally filthy and my husband had to blow out our unit. Also the walls are so dirty. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I manage a storage facility in West Little Rock and I would never let my customers rent a unit looking like this. Shame on the management of this location.

Over priced storage. Just sell your stuff or donate it to salvation army. It's not worth it to store things long term.

The hassle I had to endure was unacceptable, , you pay up front for a unit to receive a gate code that does not work. Call and get not a second code but a third code still no entry. Finally spoke to c.s. and the temp code didn't work. If I wasn't in a situation where I needed unit ASAP I'd NEVER NEVER USE THEM

Started using Red Dot about 2 years ago. Aside from the occasional gate code not working, it worked out fine. 24/7 access and a gate was great.Fast forward to today. Their sign still says “24/7 access” but they only allow you to access the facility from 7am - 7pm. What kind of hours is that for a gated storage facility? I only found out about this after I could not get in and had to call customer service (which is also 7-7).As a paying customer I never even received an email about the change AND the sign still says 24/7 access.Total joke for a GATED storage facility, spend your money Conway or Maumelle. I had a customer meeting I needed materials in the unit for and could not access my own items.

My experience: Since this changed hands and is managed from out of the country, it is difficult to get quick answers concerning units. Also, units are not maintained, If it wasn't close to my home I'd look elsewhere.

Business needs to be managed better, red dot had no problem with taking our money at the kiosk but then when we get to the gate, the gate code doesn't work. After being on hold for awhile, we were given a temporary gate code. Once we get in, we cant find the storage unit. We call the number again and they tell us that the storage units are under going maintenance and cannot help. So, let me get this straight, red dot took our money, took up our whole day and now we have a truck load of items in the truck at the storage facility we rented a unit from and red dot can't help? I wish they had a negative star option
