I get that people have to have lunch, but why is there only one person working in a post office? I’ve never seen just one person working in post office. They normally work shifts so that one person is working while one person is at lunch. As previously stated nowhere on the website does it say this or the door outside about being closed for lunch. Maybe have that added to the website along with the front door. The clothes sign is not even high-level so most people won’t even pay attention to it.

Looks like I am wrighting another negative review!
Their business hours are ridiculous! They are open 9-4 , so if you're working you are out of luck!
The only time you would be able to go there would be at your lunch brake right ? Wrong!
Apparently they are closed for lunch 12-1 but that information is not online nor on the post office building! It says 9-4 at both places I just mentioned. They have a sign that says close for lunch (in small lettering) on the glass door inside the building. I have seen a lot of disappointed people turing around! I was one of them!
It would be nice if they updated their opening hours online and outside of the building. It would be very helpful!

Some days they’re absolutely fine and then other days they act like they have a stick up their butt and they don’t wanna work at all. They get very rude with you and unfortunately that sucks because there’s one gentleman in there I have no issue with I never have until about two weeks ago, and he was quite rude, so now it’s just dreadful having to go get your mail from there

I've placed multiple complaints. Spoken to the post master. Absolutely nothing has been done. Multiple times a week for quite some time now I've been receiving mail that doesn't belong to me. At times I have gone as long as 10 business days receiving no mail, then receiving it all at once. Receiving my mail written on by neighbors "wrong address". Writing my own "wrong address" on many pieces of mail. I've even gone to the extent to explain how to get to those houses. I have been given nothing but excuses. This is completely unacceptable. If it happened once or twice that's one thing, but every single week? Multiple times a week? It's careless and negligent. I have never experienced any issue like this anywhere I've lived. But here, it is just accepted. I am not the only person with this issue, it has been discussed on the neighborhood page, as well as among neighbors. Something has got to be done. If we can't trust our post office, who can we trust? There's elderly that depend on mail delivered checks to survive month to month, what happens when that check gets delivered into the wrong hands? Kids waiting on college packets with deadlines. Parents waiting on important documents regarding their children. Bills being received late. I could go on forever.

As a business owner I depend on the post office alot. Countless trips couldnt have prepared me for the treatment I recieved from Harold. This offensively churlish fellow needs to rethink his occupation in the USPS business asap. Thank goodness am just passing through.

I usually dont have issues with Post office units or employees. However I have not ever had such appalling poor customer service untop of that had my mail threatened to be sent elsewhere if I didnt pay postage when services were not rendered. I posted an item which was returned and was told by Webb I had to pay him a second time to get my package back which was a return and was not being shipped again. Keep in mind I had already paid postage a first time. Harold Webb (Post Master) at this postal unit is extremely unprofessional, rude and vindictive in his comments.
