Service was great for a while but last time they had my car for 2 weeks and it still didn't run properly. Took it to someone else because balancer was coming off. Found out my T.V cable had been broken (Not sure if by them but they were the only people to work on it in the past year). Said they KNEW a cable was broken, and told me it was cruise control. A quick Google search will tell you it was T.V cable. Would have been okay with them if they had told me honestly they didn't know how to fix my vehicle.

I would give 0 stars if I could. By far the most manipulating and disrespectful business I've ever dealt with. Chris, the owner, took complete advantage of me. My mother had a Volvo and had taken hers here so when I got a used Volvo I began bringing it here for repairs. I spent thousands of dollars here over the course of two years and the base problems were never fixed and only got worse/ they would fabricate extravagant bills to repair things like the AC when the electrical board was the problem the whole time and that was completely overlooked because it required them to actually work and expend effort. I would bring it in with a problem, pay over a thousand dollars each time, pick it up and the problem would continue. Finally after a few trips back here Chris (the owner) called to tell me It couldn't be fixed and I needed to come pay her for her time and have it towed away, plus for every day it was there was an extra $100 storage fee when she was supposed to be working on it. I could not afford to pay what she demanded and ended up having to sell her the car for $500 with rims on it that were worth $600, after she had billed me for $3000+ worth of "work" done to it over the past year. Completely disgraceful and unscrupulous.

Bought an 850 off them and so far my experience has been great. Theyre kind people who will work with you in your best interest. Also be patient, they focus on doing their best, not exactly speed.

Very pleased with the service. Technician didn't simply replace parts without working with me to identify source of the intermittent clunking noise. I appreciate the friendly service and the focus on quality.

I have used Volvo's Etc for many years now for all my auto service and repairs. Chris is very knowledgeable about everything on 4 wheels, and is the most accommodating auto service and repair businesses I have ever used. Chris @ Volvo's Etc shopped around on a transmission and a few other electrical components and was able to source and install new parts cheaper than I was going to pay for used parts. I don't know what the negative reviews are from, I guess in this area, there are those you cant make happy. I would recommend them to anyone, and have to my family.

The cars fall apart quickly and need to be taken in for constant repairs. Eventually we gave up on working with them and took the Volvo somewhere else. "Miraculously" it was a simple repair and we never experienced problems again. Don't trust them to fix your car. We dealt with them for over a year before giving up.

I used Chris's Volvo for front and rear brake pad/rotors replacements on my 2010 Volvo XC60 last August 2015 paying almost $1,500. In less than 5 months, the rear rotors were out of balance ruining my rear pads and I had to pay another $650 for North Point Volvo to completely replace the same parts. I asked for a refund to cover this expense from Chris's Volvo and got nothing thus far. The loaner car I got from Chris's almost got me killed when the hood flew up going 70 on the Interstate!!!!
