My daughter rented the Kate House Jan. 16th - Jan. 19th and it was nice. The house was nice to have since we had a sitting area along with a sleeping area which helped when each of us get up at different times. Everyone we spoke to while we are there was very polite. Check in and check out was very easy as well.
