I spoke to the owner and he is very very knowledgeable on repairing your car but could not do the mechanic part. He did recommend me to a good mechanic and that mechanically recommended definitely will fix my car. My hats off to the owner of couch Collision Repair Incorporated”

“So we're from California, moving to Arkansas. We have to head back to California to pick up the rest of our belongings, but first our truck needed new batteries and an alternator. Walmart had the batteries, but finding an alternator in stock was much more difficult. Everyone said 2 to 3 days to ship, but we couldn't wait that long. This O'Reilly location was the only one that had the part we needed in stock, so we drove 30 miles to get there. The young group of gentlemen that were working there were kind, helpful, and patient. They were kind to our kids and let me use an outlet to boil water for some Ramen for my kids. They were also funny as hell and worked great together, we had a lot of fun talking to them. ?? Thanks guys for being more awesome Arkansas folks to remember”
