Did not like how my wife was treated today. DG card terminal was giving a weird code on wifes card. Plenty of money in acct.. wife is trying to figure out. The lady then yells my wife's personal business. Embarrassed my wife. My wife from account the lady said had no money in it transferred out 100.00 into paypal and paid with paypal instead. Then we noticed AFTERWARDS THE WOMAN CHARGED HER 2 TIMES FOR SAME ITEM. WIFE ASKS ABOUT IT AND THE WOMAN GOES WELL IT HAD NO PRICE TAG. So I rang that item up twice. SO YA YOU GOT A DEAL. UGH NO. THE THING WAS 1.00 AND SHE WAS CHARGED 1.50. WIFE DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE IT L. THE WOMAN WAS RUDE. DIDNT KNOW HOW TO CANCEL A TRANSACTION. AT MY WIFES REQUEST TO FIGUE OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. Ap coupons did not come off and wife did coupons while shopping so they were clipped.WE WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION.

Their system is not working. Not taking coupons off for us AP users. The lady is yelling at people that it is not her fault. We know this, but her attitude was atrocious. She made eveyone in line uncomfortable and like we were bothering her.

Maybe if they hired some youngins and not these grumpy old ladies, we would have better experiences. I will now only be using the one in Melbourne. The workers are way nicer anyways.

Love their prices and they have all the essentials needed. Their aisles tend to be packed with inventory and sometimes it's hard to navigate the store. But all in all one of Arkansas best dollar general stores

We went to check out and young man behind the counter was unfriendly and acted like we had imposed on him when the self checkout messed up that we had to go to cuz he was not interested in helping the line of people ready to check out. The older lady in front of us had problems as well and he was a total jerk. Could tell he hated his job. If I was manager I would fire his lazy rude butt.

My wife pushed an incorrect button on the self-checkout device. It froze up. Lisa, the clerk who identified herself as manager-on-duty was insulting and nasty to us. She made comments about, “people like you”...referring to us. We never raised our voices and were in fact amazed and shocked that a manager would conduct themselves in such a rude way. 9/02 @~9:20am

I wouldn't even give 1 star to this store. Always cluttered, rude employees and today I was told to leave after entering with my service dog. I am hearing impaired and was told it didn't matter to get out with service dog and not to bring back.
