We bought a Cub Cadet ZTR MOWER ULTIMA ZT1 54 inch cut on March 7 2023. On 9 14 2023 a blade came off on the left spindle while I was mowing. I have to haul it an hour and a half to the nearest dealer who will do the warranty work. Which is Myers Lawn and Tiller in Ft Smith, Arkansas. So I wait 10 days to get it back and they had replaced the spindle. Now on 5 17 2024 the blade and the right spindle comes off and the blade apparently hit the middle one and bent the shift. So another trip to Myers and 10 days later I go pick it up. So they replaced the right spindle and center shift. On 6 11 2024 I have to make another trip to get the tension spring replaced because one end of it broke. While we were looking at it we noticed the blade on the right spindle was loose so we tightened it up. Next time I mow the blade is loose again. So now every time I mow I have to check that blade. Other two are tight. On top of all that the throttle cable won't stay in the hole inside the housing of the throttle handle. A guy at a dealer in Mena gave me a used one off of a rider so it doesn't work the choke to start it. Have to choke it by hand when I start it. On 8 14 2024 I'm mowing and the pulley beside the middle spindle comes off. So another trip to Myers. Today is 8 26 2024 and the mower is still in the shop. I have been in contact with Steven Bailey the manager at Atwoods in Mena since the first problem occurred and he is not in position to do anything about it except send an email to the purchasing agent at Atwoods in Enid, Oklahoma. On 8 20 2024 I called Kevin Oaley the purchasing agent and he said he would contact the Cub Cadet representative and have them call me. As of today I've not heard from them. My yard is smooth as a golf course so I know my yard is not the problem. I think there was something wrong with the deck on this mower to start with. The manager at Myers said he had been selling Cub Cadets for 3 1/2 years and has not had a mower with the problems mine has had. I talked to the manager of Southwest Outdoors in Mena, Arkansas today and he said the same thing. Someone should stand behind their product and make it right whether it's Atwoods or Cub Cadet. I've owned several brands of lawn mowers and never had this many problems with a new mower. Today I went and spent $7000.00 more on a different brand. I've got over $10,000 in mowers for an acre and a half lawn. Very disappointed in Cub Cadet. Will not buy another product of theirs. I've tried to call Cub Cadet customer service and that's a joke. After all the automated crap you have to go through to talk to a representative I was on hold for 30 minutes every time and finally just hung up. It's October 26 and the purchasing agent at Atwoods that i spoke to on August 20th said he would call the representative at Cub Cadet and have them call me. Still haven't heard from them. I didn't buy the mower from Cub Cadet I bought it from Atwoods. Atwoods needs to stand behind the products they sell. They gave me a$100 gift card for my troubles. Lol. I want a new mower or my money back. If something doesn't get done in the next couple of weeks. Both companies will be hearing from my attorney.

There is NO WARRANTY ON TREES.
I bought 3 fruit trees 2 months ago. 2 are doing fine one never produced leaves, and is DEAD.
The manager on duty said there is no warranty! NONE AT ALL!!!
I will not buy plants from Atwoods ever again.
Home Depot offers a FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY!
Y'all should fix this!!!!
