“The bank is wonderful, but do yourself a favor and press 1 the moment the phone answers for this bank or any Arvest Bank in general. Anything else and you'll be down a rabbit hole of automated calls that will eventually hang up on you and it's very disappointing to see Arvest make such a poor automated system.”

I really like the people, however, it gets extremely aggravating to have a purchase get denied b/c they think it's fraudulent. I get, i really do, but good Lord let me let u know if i have a problem...Not u denying my purchases just b/c u think its not within my norm!!”
