It's taken a little bit to write this review because I'm busy but I just really want it to be known how incredibly wonderful the staff here are. I drove from NY to Mena to visit family for Christmas. Got up the day after I arrived and went to get coffee and cone to find I had a flat tire. Unfortunately I don't remember the ladies names who were working (I believe one was shannon though) but there were two wonderful women behind the counter who were so kind and helpful. They actually called a local to see if he could fix my flat and the guy actually came to the gas station to try. He wasn't able to but he did tell me where I could go to have it fixed. This never would've happened at home. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their kindness. When I go back again ( I WILL NOT BE DRIVING!!!) I will be sure to stop in there for my coffee and my gas. Thank you so much to those two extraordinary human beings!

Rude cashier this afternoon. Asked her for something behind the counter she brung me the wrong thing than had a horrible attitude rolling eyes and waiving hands like she was 12 and was told she couldn't have anymore sweats. It was very off pudding and as she should be.

Went to get gas, rude cashier won't take $100 on $10 gas,telling me i need buy more than $10 for a lawn mower. Honestly she must not really like working her job, so another business got my $10 plus more! Rude cashier's not good I as a business owner was denied gas must not want business from me!Not to mention as soon as I walk out she tells my nephew we're not a bank complaining too him about me.

It is the best to go, to get a snack or something. Just saying though there are no bathrooms. It is extra friendly there.

Hannah Beggs or that was the name she gave. In line waiting on her to wait on us , lady in front of me. Didn't seem to be in a hurry. All the sudden a friend stepped in and she had no problem allowing him to step in front of us. Me and lady were spending more money at store, yet with d*** hillbillies friends come first. Service terrible.
