Handy Hardware at Dukes Junktion is a great, well-organized hardware store with a large variety of inventory for jobs big and small. It stocks a great selection of materials and consumables, generally having what most folks need. The store is busy at times but offers friendly, down-home service. Employees are always willing to help, knowledgeable, engaging, and seem to care about their customers. Prices are reasonable on most items, though a bit above department stores, but they are considered reasonable for an independent distributor serving the local area. It provides a convenient alternative without having to drive to a larger city.
Big hardware and lumber store. We been visiting for several years. They also carry windows and doors for the home and I purchased a special order bathtub and was a better price than anywhere and the tub was delivered in 2 days as big box stores was 6 to 8 weeks delivery. Great hardware selection and their prices are very reasonable too. Checked out their showroom where they have a good selection of doors, windows and shower and tub fiberglass inserts.
