Received a message about a “free” eye exam to which I was charged $80 following the exam. I was then told “normally they let you know before the exam, but I guess not today for some reason.”

THE LADY AT THE FRONT CHECK-IN was very polite. And the tech was also very friendly and got me back quickly. Dr.roles did an amazing job and very thorough! I was very pleased with all the staff there. I can say that is one of the friendliest place that I have been in Mena.

My husband & I both had appointments with MyEyeDr in Mena last Friday. Megan, Cheryl, Callie, Vanessa, & Amanda were all very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Roles made us feel comfortable & explained our vision changes & the vision corrections needed. Great team in this office. Thank you for showing us such wonderful care.

I called the mena office to make an appointment, after being hung up on , you know there is a problem when you call in January and thay tell you there booked all the way to August . I'm going to say someone should get there shhh together. Ps the okla side has appointments you can get in two days

Went to get an eye exam done due to some problems I've been having, and found out I needed to get glasses mostly to wear while I'm working. Everyone was super nice from the lady that checked me in to the doctor doing the exam. I wish I had gotten her name, but a huge thank you to the lady that helped me pick out the glasses that would look best on me, first pair, lol! She was super sweet. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend for veterans! they now have the capability to measure and send off your prescription to the VA. The staff was nice and the Dr was very informative and educational on my situation.

I was very happy with the eye exam and the experience purchasing glasses. . .HOWEVER. . At the time of purchase I was asked if I wanted to buy the 1 yr damage glasses replacement. I said yes and assumed that the cost was included in my total purchase. I am partially responsible because I did not check for inclusion on my receipt. . .that's on me. . .but when I called to use my replacement coverage, I was told I didn't purchase it. They treated me like I was lieing and finally agreed to do it as a "special favor", just this one time. I will not be getting my replacement thru them and I will never use My Eye Dr. again. I was not asking for anything special or a favor, I wanted to use what I believed I purchased. I believe there was a way to resolve this that didn't involve making me feel like I was trying to pull something over on them and wouldn't do financial harm to the business. Customer service was sorely lacking.

The staff is very nice. Since the two doctor Wallies are no longer there I got my eye exam from a different doctor. His exam was not nearly as thorough as any exam I’ve had in the past and I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years. I paid $700 for my glasses in full and now I cannot get anyone to answer the phone to come pick up my glasses. They require you to call first before you come. When I called last week I just got a message saying that everyone was assisting other patients and I never got a call back. I want my glasses and now I wish I wouldn’t have paid up front. They are hardly ever in the building. They say it’s because of the coronavirus but other businesses have done a much better job of getting their act together. Yeah, two stars for the nice ladies that assisted me but other than that they are horrible.

Made an appointment for my daughter, an established patient, approximately 2 months ago only to receive a call this morning that her appointment was being cancelled due to an emergency on the doctor's behalf. Which is fine. I understand that. No problem whatsoever. My problem started when the soonest they could get my daughter in was the middle of April. That is unacceptable. I to work in the medical field and if at any time any of my doctors ever had to cancel a day of clinic for any reason whatsoever they would have never in a million years made them wait a month and a half to be seen. They would have extended their hours to get those patients seen or they would have opened up clinic on days that we were normally closed or they would have double booked. But no way they would have ever made anybody wait a month and a half. The paying customer is not priority any longer and it is especially obvious in small communities where your options are limited and providers of any service think they have you in a corner because of your limited access.

No one answered my TWO phone calls on 1/3/20; left number to call me back with no results. Every year I'm required to have eye exam due to prescription I take--results are to be faxed to arthritis Dr. I always have to call back to remind them they haven't done so. On the plus side Dr. Wally Sr. is really nice! Didn't like Wally Jr. when he worked there (sorry Wally Jr)

Everyone very nice, but I waited 15 minutes past my appointment to be seen. And, it took 2-1/2 hours total for my appointment. Plan on spending a long time there.
