Awesome place to work out. Machines are kept in great order. They got not only a sauna but a tinning bed as well. They got showers and a locker room. Owners a pretty nice guy. Great rates.

I visited Mena for a week on business and worked out here. First of all the week pass give you 24 hour access and it was $16. Incredible value, good equipment that includes Cybex treadmills and a large variety of strength training equipment to work every area of the body. Overall I would highly recommend it.

The billing system is not working right and they claim they don't know anything about them taking too much out or the bank.There is a class action law suit against the ABC billing system this gym uses.
