When Kent and Jason walked me to my airplane, I wasn’t sure if I was looking at my plane, the work that Rose-Wood Aircraft put into my plane was incredible! Rose-Wood Aircraft’s attention to quality and detail are second to none. I have no doubt that my CJ3 is better painted now than when Cessna painted it back in 2008.I had the opportunity to have lunch with not only Kent, but several of Rose-Wood employees and team members as well and I can tell you, you cannot find a more qualified owner or employees. Kent’s goal is to provide exceptional quality at a fair price, so that means limiting growth and concentrating on delivering quality. You will not find a better first-class organization for full-service aircraft refurbishment.I truly cannot thank Kent, Larry, Jason, and the rest of the team members of Rose-Wood Aircraft for such a fantastic experience and for such exceptional craftsmanship and quality that they performed on my aircraft.

For the TL;DR crowd. Use them. Don't bother calling anyone else. For the rest: A couple of times in an average consumer's life they will encounter an experience like this. For the blessed, or those who learn to seek out super high quality people to do business with, maybe it happens a few more times. For the record, I was a walking disaster from the moment I walked in the door of Rose-Wood. Complete with walking through the paint shop because I parked my airplane out back and just went through the first door I saw.My airplane was kind of a one-off, not a business jet, but a small experimental airplane that was purchased in support of a non-profit group that Rose-Wood and I mutually support. Before I landed at Mena, I knew that my "ride" (the airplane that was coming to pick me up) had stopped in Oklahoma for a mechanical issue and I had to figure out how to get back to them. No problem. Cody and the team acted like this happens every day (it most assuredly doesn't) and I was escorted to a vehicle and driven to my meet up point as if it was as normal as saying hello. Incredibly kind, gracious; so humbling to be treated that way.Fast forward. Larry and Kent sent me some in-progress photos, and a completion photo, but I was waiting to see my once-in-a-lifetime purchase in person. Upon final inspection, the fine mechanics at Rose-Wood discovered a fuel leak (completely irrelevant to the paint work performed, they were simply thorough) that was caused due to faulty installation of a small fitting by the builder. No problem. The team swung into action, parts were ordered, problem solved quickly, even with a holiday weekend in the mix of everything. Sheesh. It is as if everyone here has a superman t-shirt hiding under their work clothes!Whew! I kept thinking these guys are gonna be ready to get rid of me and my little airplane and get back to their jets!Well...long story slightly less long, I was delivered to Mena to fly my beautiful, incredibly, insanely gorgeous newly painted brand new airplane home...and weather decided I should stick around for a few more days.As I write this, my airplane is in a nice Rose-Wood hangar, I am being hosted due to the generosity of Kent and family...and if google gave me unlimited space to say great things about this company or its people, I could fill all of that space! In closing, it is as I said above. Once, twice, maybe a few times in one's life will the opportunity present to do business with a crew as high quality as this. Clearly, the values and attitudes of ownership are shared and reciprocated by staff. You WILL NOT find a more engaged, talented, kind, professional group of human beings anywhere in the world for your aircraft exterior or interior reconditioning project. Don't try. If you go somewhere else, you will ALWAYS remember reading this review, and whether you spend $1000 or have a nearly unlimited budget, you'll simply forever be disappointed that you did not take the opportunity to let Rose-Wood Aircraft Completions show you just how incredible they are. Start to finish. There is no equal.
