Please do not use Russell cellular. The store manager is rude and disrespectful. There is a Verizon down the street where the customer service is so much nicer. I had a nightmare experience and no phone for 4 days.

Horrible store wish negative stars could be given . Twice i have been treated poorly by the same person at this location I have been with Verizon for over a decade and never been treated like I have at this location.

I signed on with Verizon prepaid 5 months ago, my bill was supposed to be $45 a month, $35 with auto pay, so I signed up for auto pay. I have been over charged every single month since . Everytime I call about it they offer a $10 credit but they still charge me $45. Worst phone company in the world, would not recommend

Nice people working here, good knowledge, very helpful. I was able to add a device to my account without issue. Be wary though, they have limited stock due to supply issues.
