Not even worth 1 star anything I had on floor is ruined cause flooding and they don't reemberc strongly suggest looking for different storage if you want your stuff to not get damaged

This place is not worth anything stuff is ruined cause standing water inside then they won't give deposit back even if you prove I would not recommend this place even for a penny a month ridiculous owners just wanting your money to keep your stuff unsafe

Don't rent these units unloaded ours and had to do it in 2 inches of standing water unbelievable they charge so much to not take care of your stuff

Love the place, clean and tidy ,management is friendly and courteous. I felt my belongings were safe i liked the Idea of being gated as most stroage facilities around here aren't. Great place

I've been locked out for a week because I was late paying $300 for a unit I didn't even rent! They made a contract without my knowledge or consent, charged me $275 for a 10×10 unit without notifying me that went against their contract, owner said sorry for breaking contract, changed contract, and is continuing to charge me for it while I'm locked out of not only this unauthorized unit but also the unit that has everything I own and is paid two months in advance! One star is WAY too generous!!

I have been here for 2 years and the new on-site mangers are lazy and the place is now disgusting they don't cut the grass the facility is a mess and the sheds leak! The rent has been raised and it's not worth it! Pass this Place on by and find another facility because this place is now a joke!

The best storage units and customer service around … clean, secure , and dry!! Very easy to work with , Velvet and her husband are great people .. was out there one night at 9:30 and could not get the door to go down , her husband came and helped me get it down , and it was fixed the very next morning !
