I ordered fresh chicken waited 20 minutes for it to cook,when I got it I guess she thought I was leaving area immediately, but set a muinute to eat and to my surprise only 2 pieces of my chicken was freshly cooked,I went back in store to tell them,cashier was very rude told me no refund or exchange cause i had bit a piece of the chicken,how was I suppose to know it was cold..Chicken is over priced for Chester's and they young girls are very rude.....

This is a nice gas station and staff is friendly. I was disappointed they didn't have a Bang energy drink, like the one in Manila. Also, they do usually have good food in the hot bar but it's ridiculously high. They are overcharging for food if you ask me. They don't have any good dealsor specials. I got a small mashed potato, small Mac n cheese, and okra, and it was over 8 bucks. It's only worth it to buy hot food here if you have no other option, or just really like their food.

Food used to be great but extremely over priced. (Could have been the children they hired not being trained properly) Now, even when I call in an order its either wrong or they give me food that's been sitting in the hot box all day. A couple helpful employees but that's it. Do not really recommend this store unless you're getting fuel only.

Wallet was lost and the mgr couldn't be troubled to review security footage. Paxton does not care about his customers or their money as long as he gets his money. Wouldn't even come up to review the footage. Horrible service all the way around. Employees acted nonchalantly about it. I'm sure SOMEONE know where it is and you're sorry as hell for taking something that doesn't belong to you. Wether it's qn emoyee or another customer. Don't give your hard earned money to that mgr. I've called corperate and the local Pd. Takes a low down person to steal from a young lady like my daughter!!!

If i could give this location in Monette 10 stars I would. The food was fresh, hot, a little pricey but well worth every penny, huge selection!!!!! If they don't have what you ask for the cashier or cook lady or man offer to make it for you, and are so helpful. They are so friendly and kind and make you feel like they've known you for years. Normal people do not think about this, but i am physically handicapped so having friendly helpful people in a clean atmosphere is so important.i would recommend this store to anyone.Best gas station and place to get food or gas in the area. Good job Monette Jordan's i will be back any time I am driving through the area. **Chef's kiss** chicken spaghetti or chicken on a stick or that long stick wirh bacon wrapped around huge chunks of chicken and sweet seasonings PLUSSS affordable gas are my usual go tos just because of this store THEY EVEN HAVE THE SPECIAL COFFEE FLAVORS FRESH AND READY TO POUR. They have. delicious full spread ofbreakfast and ask me every time i fill up my gas tank if i want to sign up for an account to save money. When I figure out how to add pictures to reviews i will post all the yummy casseroles and fresh and warm sandwiches they have prewrapped and ready to pick up! Hands down my new favorite placein the whole area &surrounding towns to eat ,shop, and get gas thankya for opening and maintaining such a good place with 5+ star experience everytime i drop by. !
