I went to pick up a TV yesterday that I got online, called them to make sure that I could pick it up and they said sure. then I get there and they tell me that they can't give me the television bc the people in my area haven't been paying on their items and they don't answer the door when they come to pick them up. idk what that has to do with me but I'll never use Aaron's for anything.

Bought refrigerator and paid on every month and it went out and been in service for about 5 or 6 months still don't have it I think l keep getting the run around every time I call about it

Im not sure who reads these reviews but whoever does read this I would really appreciate it, if you really looked into this one. You have an employee that needs to take accountability for her completely unprofessional actions. Secondly, the lady factually harassed someone in my home who has nothing to do with anything related to Aaron’s. The lady then proceeds to lie over the phone saying that the women that has NO CONNECTION to Aaron’s nor does she any information on what this woman is saying is going on. (This lady will call an overly acceptable amount. She’s also came to my house even though she does know our payments are up to date. But this last incident is absolutely unacceptable. I had to take my fiancé to a doctors appointment. While I’m away the lady shows up and my mother who isn’t involved in the financials of any of the agreements gets yelled at for saying she can’t get a hold of April at the moment cause she’s in a doctors appointment. The lady also decided to use a pretty hurtful comment that I don’t think a company like Aaron’s would just look past. That comment is a trigger for her cause of the trauma from her childhood. Something else we can easily get proof of from her therapist. And if it is swept under the rug then we are prepared to fix this situation in a legal matter but we have all the receipts of payments so not sure why you’d fight it. But at the end of the day having employees like that makes you look BAD. I believe the employees name is Nicole. Not 100% sure on the name but I do believe it was Nicole.

Horrible management and service team. Yes I didn't leave in good standing, but when asked if I could return the furniture I did. No harm done. But I have since then tried to rent from them again and I have been pranked called, and have been told that I would be given calls back. And almost to a point to schedule a delivery date on furniture I ordered a month ago. ? I hate using the word "ratchet", but this is exactly what this particular store is. I'm glad I didn't keep up the payment then, let alone trying to get a piece of furniture from them now. It's more furniture in the sea and way cheaper ?

Got a dryer from this company and the original we were paying on broke within a few weeks of having it. Replaced it with a different dryer and never returned the one we were paying on refused to pay unless we had the original dryer and they never returned it to us instead came and picked up the dryer they loaned us while the original one was getting “fixed” will not be using them again. Also the store manager was with the guy when they picked it up and did not address any concern about us never recieving the original dryer we were paying on.

This store has the worst staff and management. Twice we had to get the same set of furniture replaced because it was damaged in shipping(exactly what the repair man said), then we spoke to the main man from out of town he agreed we would change the furniture and we would pay the difference in furniture payments (the first set was x dollars a month we would pay whatever the price is for the new set), at the end of the conversation it was stated 4 months would be taken off the end of what we owe(12 months minus the 4 he was taking off)... now it’s time to pay the bill and the local manager who wasn’t in the room during the meeting with the main boss is now arguing with us about what we are supposed to pay and how many months we owe.

There appliances and there living room suites are to high to be used and dents in the refrigerator and plus used. U shouldnt be able to resale previously owned merchandise for a new merchandise price. And we still havent gotten our table that goes in front of the couch and its been two months almost. They are just to expensive I recommend gping to star city at the furniture surplus and getting my house appliances amd bed and couch amd chair from there. Its about the same kind of brand and year model and better quality brands for alot cheaper. We were giving almost three thpusand for our refrig with dents in it and used and we went to star city found the same exact on for 899. So I'm going there to shop

My husband contacted a lady who posted on swap shop about furniture, barely responded when he called the manager turns out we are not the first people she did not respond to. She called my husband back just to tell him she doesn't have to contact him through her personal page! Why post it if you feel like you don't need to respond? Just bad for business!
