“I was on a very long trip and my main seal on my rack and pinyon steering went out. I was about 800 miles from home or anyone that I know that could help me. A young man named Tyler from this store not only was the one to tell me what was wrong, but he went way out of his way to try to seal it for me. This was right before Thanksgiving and no one could get the part until after let alone change it for me. I had only one choice and that was to try to make the rest of my trip to Lincoln Nebraska. What he did got me there and I was able to be with family for Thanksgiving! Thank you Tyler for being a blessing...”

“Wow! This kind of customer service is unheard-of... we'd ordered 2 Optima Yellow top batteries for our truck from another location but they didn't come in as expected (not the store's fault) we had to leave town for a week on an 800 mile trip and figured we'd get them when we got back...well God had other plans...we got halfway through our trip south and one of our batteries boiled over...thankfully no one was injured.
Called the Monticello, AR location and Dee was sorry for our troubles on not getting our batteries. He immediately got our batteries ordered and said they'd be there in the morning (my thought were that we'd heard that at another location)
Got to the store in the morning to find out only 1 of the 2 batteries was delivered...heart sank but Dee was already more than halfway back from personally picking up the other battery over an hour away! Wow! Thanks Autozone for hiring good caring people who are willing to go way above and beyond!”
“These guys know what they're doing! Russell the manager has put in every effort to find exactly what I need. Even on parts that aren't typically something they keep, he and Billy will do everything possible to source it. Micheal is a new face who also shows promise to be a great parts person. If you are anywhere near Monticello and are needing anything, this is the place to go. They WILL find it if it can be found!”

“Excellent customer service, Justin, Randy, Chris are all about customer service, my mom is 86, visiting her, I found out she had brake issues, I live 200 miles away, they went out of their way to help get her SUV fixed while I was in town , thanks again for outstanding customer service
