Dollar Stores in Monticello, AR

“A great place to shop and save money on a lot of household products and products we used on a daily basis! Even tho, they raised their prices to a dollar and twenty five cents each, it is still a bargain! Also, some of their higher- end products are 3 and 5 dollars, which offers their customers a variety of merchandise at a price they wouldn't fine anywhere else. I love the Dollar Tree, and i go in there almost every day to browse and shop! You can save a lot of money and even on brand name products! I always go there first to see if they have on hand what i am looking for before going somewhere else to find it and often times, they have it, and this makes me very happy because it saves me money, and we all need to do that, especially.since prices everywhere have skyrocketed! I do however have one concern, and it pertains to the staff and cashiers there now! This crew is not as friendly and helpful to customers as the previous ones! I recently had to call corporate on a supervisor and another crew member concerning how I was unfairly treated and singled out during an incident in the store 4 weeks ago! The corporate office assured me that the matter would be investigated and resolved! I felt really confident and satisfied about how corporate addressed this matter, and i advise anyone to do the same if a problem arise there or at any business establishment! This is the only complaint i have at this time; overall, the store is a great affordable place to shop even with the increase in it prices! You still can find a bargain and save money on certain items in the process!”

“This is the best DG in the whole wide world, esp their deliverer, Karla B! She earned an A+ today! I wish I could do all my shopping with them. Just like today, I placed an order to be delivered w/i the hour at a much lower cost than The Zoo aka Wally World. I received a text message saying one item , some rubber bands, could not be had. So I called Karla B up & explained my situation to her, & she was able to work out my order with no problem at all! Good Bless this DG & esp Ms. Karla B ( & hubby!) Grade earned today: A+, Gold Star, Smiley Face! Too bad I couldn’t get my seedless grapes from them. Therefore, I had to use Wally World until I am able to get back out & about to do my own shopping.”

“The store manager, Lashanna, is friendly, acknowledging, and helpful. Store is tidy and spacious since the remodel. Staff is readily available to help when locating items. Comfortable atmosphere, and broad selections. Highly recommend.”
