Horrible experience. Got there for trip to Dallas and they didn’t have any cars available for reservation we had to drive an hour away to a different location to get vehicle!! Did not even call and let us know

If I could give a negative star I would. Made reservations for a car to be picked up and ready by 8am the next morning. Only to find out no car available and have been waiting for one all day. Very unprofessional for such a well known company.
