Driving through Arkansas and a warning light popped up indicating low tire pressure. We stopped at the next town, Monticello, and pulled in to the Goodyear. The staff was amazing! Super friendly! They checked my tires and made sure all was okay for us to continue on our trip. They were super fast and efficient! I highly recommend them!

On our way from south Louisiana to visit friends in Arkansas, we had a flat tire about 30 mi south of Monticello. Drove into town on our “donut” on a busy Friday Memorial Day weekend. The tire was seriously damaged. He had no replacement available in the size we needed. Seems our Audi had an odd size. He called the warehouse in Jonesboro. None available in all of Arkansas. It would take over a week to get one! We were literally stranded with nowhere to turn. Finally Jack finally found a size in the shop that we could use to get to Little Rock. These tires, as we discovered, are only available at Audi dealerships. But wow, Jack was a godsend! We appreciate all of his efforts to help us.

I found put this place charged me way too much for the repairs I had done, fuel pump replaced and was charged $ 943 for that and rear brakes. I figured if I complained, I may not get my car back. I was from Ohio, outta row so I think they took advantage of me ill not be back a2nd time.
