“The 5 stars are for my salesman, Jermaine Gardner! Went over and beyond my expectations! Extremely knowledgeable and knows what his customers want. Again, Mr Make it Happen.... made it happen!! Appreciate the good people in this crazy world!
Now, when the paperwork was getting bprepared, they said you (myself) have to do the taxes title yourself. I guess they didn't know how. Now I have no schooling for hiw to do this. So thinking it mat be easy but still took back for them telling me I had to do it. I call Dmv in Florida. Which they said the dealership should be doing this... I said, I have no clue how to do it.I'd appreciate all the help I could get. They had sent me an email and told me to send it to the dealership. To fill it out. Her name Jamie Chandler their title employee (ha) so she told me she would update me, didn't hear from her all day.The next day, I called left a message for her to please call me.She did not the lady said she was at work. So then I look up the general manager, mr Pharr to see if he could help me. I am a senior citizen 65 and know I am being ignored! Bad business!! Jamie could have called me and said she has no clue. At least she would have responded back to a customer. And as fa4 as Mr Pharr, he was in the building according to the lady that took a message for him to call me back which he did not!!!”
