My Stihl powerhead needed service and the Stihl dealer in Fayetteville, AR had a five ( 5 ) week backup. I dropped the unit off here on Friday afternoon and the repairs were promptly completed by early Monday afternoon. Very personal and professional service from all the staff.

The hardware store is second to none.The service department of the small engine department, not so much.Dropped a saw chain off on a Thursday. They advertise "sharpening on Fridays".Two weeks later, still have not touched my chain.Service like that is advertising for the competition.Do better.
