What a pleasant surprise. I'm not a fan of AT&T stores, but this one had pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. Big shout out to Nathaniel, a great asset to this business.

I went to this store day after Christmas which I know isn’t always when people want to be working. I had gotten a new phone and needed assistance on how to set up eSim after trying to do it myself. They told me their Wi-Fi was down and that they couldn’t do anything. I proceeded to ask if they knew how to put on a screen protector that I had bought from there and they responded that they couldn’t do anything cause of the internet. They were rude and trying to rush us out. Saying that I should just be able to do it myself after I explained i had tried and just needed extra assistance.I also think it weird that an internet provider store doesn’t have internet but they are still open.

This company doesn't know what they're doing. I have had my bill on Multiple occasions be wrong up to trying to make me pay for a phone I didn't even buy from them. I hate to see the bill come in every month because I know I am going to be stressed out over it. It's always something wrong. I am about to go back to straight talk and say the he** with this company. When you call to talk to someone about it you always get someone that can hardly speak English and you are on hold forever.

Very EXPENSIVE Lesson !!! Some ATT stores are ,"PRIVATE " owned , the one in Morrilton, AR is PRIVATE OWNED, if they DO NOT register your receipts with the ACTUAL ATT Company , ATT can not see your purchases and WILL NOT honor or Replace items !!! BE AWARE !!!!

yes yes yes! best store ever :D, everyone is super nice super understanding and super fast! customer service is top tier! Chelsey is a sweetheart, she makes every visit so much easier, I 100% recommend this store to anyone looking to switch to AT&T

I don't even know if these are read, it seems that it's an automatic response when someone posts, but whoever reads these, pay attention. I use to HATE this store. And I can bet that other people in this town feel or have felt the same way because of the horrible reviews I've heard about past management and the staff. I came in out of convenience, because I didn't want to drive all the way to Conway, and it's probably the best decision I've made. Deshaun, is hands down the best, most personable manager I've ever met. He doesn't give the run around, he actually helps, and he's not bad with the pipes. Chelsey and Kaitlyn, are also so nice and patient. They're new but already better than the past crew members. Ladies and gentlemen, we have an AT&T TEAM. Not just workers sitting on their lazy butts waiting on the day to go by. From the time I came in, to the time I left, I was treated with the upmost respect, kindness, and friendliness that I have had, even at other locations. Friends of Morrilton, we can start coming back to this store. Deshon, Chelsey, Kaitlyn, thank y'all for helping me, and saving me some gas money on top of that. Don't go ANYWHERE

I came into the store with a problem I’ve been having for months and Deshon was able to figure it out that day. He was very kind and knowledgeable. I will only be going to him from now on. This man deserves a raise
