At this point it is note of an annoyance than anything. I went to pick up a part they showed they had in stock. I was close by so I dropped in to see if I could be so lucky they would have it there like online said, lol. Nope don’t have it but I did get the pet I needed next day around 9:00am. Here is the annoying part I have had this happen to me quite a few times in different states with Auto Zone. I got the part took it to the mechanic got a call from mechanic saying part was for opposite side of vehicle. So instead of changing one I am changing two one for each side. Annoying that someone that is dyslexic or just does not care to say we do not have that particular part in stock. The mechanic is going to get the right part for the correct side. Should have let him do it in the first place. Will I continue to shop here ugggggggggh yes. It’s a (I hate you but your close so we can continue seeing each other) type of relationship.

They told me I need 5.5 quarts of oil and only sold my 4.5 quarts. Had to go back to pick up that extra quart. Not cool. Maybe because I'm a women.

Now come on an S10 pickup shock what they say at first they said they don't know what kind shock it fits on but same as Ford ranger is what it looks like but S10 shock is $30 and Ford ranger shock is $80 price gouging this should be criminal offense price gouging

I went in with a return and replacement order, not knowing car parts myself, I was helped by Hunter who was very very friendly and he had Pierre assist him on my transactions, Both of these men appeared to be very knowledgeable and very helpful with my transaction, I will now continue to shop all my car part needs at Auto Zone in Morrilton Arkansas. Tell your friends!!!!

Awhile back my car messed up and wouldn't start after I had driven to a local business, so I was stuck. After calling someone to retrieve me, I called this location to ask if they had the required part to fix my car and they said that they did. While on the phone I reiterated the required part multiple times because I know that there is a similar part that is different that is also on my car, but each time that I mentioned it the salesman told me that he had the correct part in stock. I went to this location and purchased the part, went back to my car to put the part on and it was the wrong one. I took the part back and told them, so the salesman told me that he ordered the part and it would be in the next day. Once again I reiterated multiple times which part that I needed and he said that he had ordered the correct one. The next day I went and retrieved the part, went back to the car and it was once again the wrong one. I returned it and got my money back and went to Napa Auto Parts and purchased the correct part to install on my car. I have not returned to this location since and have no plans to in the future.
