Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for service. Took my tractor in because they said my tank needed cleaning and filter changed “over 1,000$” because it wasn’t running properly. Got it done and got it home and does the same thing. Called back and the tech came out “great guy” and now it’s the ECM which will be 2,500$ to replace it. Got it replaced and still not working properly. Went on vacation and come to find out they put the 3,600$ bill on my revolving account “2,500$ part” so I’m over 5,000$ into this shit storm and nothing is fixed. But they quick to get their money regardless if you approve the transaction or not.

Let me give this place a 10 plus rating. They went above and beyond ,fixing my problem i had with my mower .checked up on it after I took it home .very satisfied with them .

I was having some trouble out of my zero turn mower,I called the service manager Clayton, talked to him a minute and asked him about a oil change and blade replacement,he said he could get started on it right away no problem.
I took it down there Clayton and his crew are just super nice people, they are friendly, and like joking around with you. Clayton was a straight shooter, tell me what warranty would cover and what it wouldn't, give me an estimate on it, He had the parts in stock, 30 minutes later he was calling me to come and pick it up, WOW.
They fixed a few extra little things on it that was wrong with it.
Went to pick it up the price was below my estimate.
Bunch of good guys down there.I really appreciate my experience dealing with y'all, thank you

I'll never buy another John Deere anything ever again. Our lawn tractor goes through so many belts it's absurd. Massive pain this thing has been. Every summer it's one problem after the next. Never starts when we need it to, pulleys go bad and continuous belt replacement. Absolutely can't stand this over priced hunk of junk.
