I have been storing with Able for about 3 years. They have been great with keeping me informed of any changes and improvements that have been made. The coded entry lets me feel sure that my possessions are safe and that I can return for them with confidence.The facility underwent a change in ownership/management early in my rental agreement. They were professional upon making contact and introducing themselves to me. The transition went smoothly and I experienced no issues during that period.The website functions well and is very user friendly. It is simple and easy to navigate. The payment process is just as simple and easy to use. I have made my payment using this system for nearly the entire time I’ve been renting with them. I have never had any problems or security issues for that matter.Last but not least by any means, they are kind enough and willing to help resolve any trouble making the storage payment. I had fallen behind a few months ago. I was sending partial payments trying to get my account back to good standing. One particular day, they reached out to me with a simple solution to help me bring it closer to being caught up and back to $0 balance. I highly recommend able storage units. I have never had any issues with them. I know that my personal belongings are safe and all the customer service representatives that I have spoken to have always been so helpful.
