I'm from. Hot springs but doing a job at mountain harbor . First time I've used true value in Mt Ida. It was a pleasure. These people put Lowes to shame. I was asked twice if I needed help . In Lowes you can be struggling to load a piece of plywood or sheetrock and the Lowes employees will just walk past you. . Well I just want to say that true value is a great home improvement warehouse. Great selection. , low prices and very helpful. Thanks to the employees . I am looking forward to my next visit.

Stopped in to buy a fishing license looking for big fir campground. The fella that helped me was great help in directing me to the campground. Let me say that the folks in Mount Ida were great. Nice place to visit. I will be back some day.

People are good. prices are very painfully high. I just paid $80.00 for 1 gallon of exterior paint. did I get overcharged, or is this price gouging?

The staff at Mt Ida True Value is always friendly and helpful. They usually have what I need and save me a trip into Hot Springs or Glennwood. I'm glad we have a good hardware store in town like the Mt Ida True Value !

The guys in there. Ted and Kenny are always willing to help all customers. When it comes to helping a female customer they are always professional and sensitive to helping me understand the job I am trying to finish. Offering options. The store is overall clean and well stocked now. They have a huge garden section . Thank ya true value!

This place has everything! I was expecting more of an Ace Hardware type of store, but it was that and more. Guns, ammo, hardware, paint, camping supplies, mosquito repellants (a while 4 foot section), and tons of other things. Decent bathroom too.
