I tried three times to contact customer service at two different numbers. The wait time said 3 minutes and after 11 minutes I asked for a call back. For some reason I was required to call customer service because my account was locked. Very disappointed with access to customer service rep

Sent the$620 via money order, for my closed account. I still don't have a physical address, still am homeless. You can keep the "change". Sorry it's taken 4 years, I've been homeless the whole time.
