“After getting an oil change at Walmart (never again) my car began making a terrible noise. The men at Walmart were rude and said it was a coincidence. I drove to O'Reilly and realized they broke the vacuum sleeve coming out of oil canister by leaning on it or something. The assistant manger, Dalton, at O'Reilly saved my entire day and week. He was patient, kind and respectful. I was able to go to work and will be able to travel tomorrow for an important medical appt. The "mechanics" at Walmart didn't care at all about the predicament they put me in. Dalton has helped me in the past. I would give him 10 stars if I could. “I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger at the Ultimate Dealership. This vehicle was ordered with a 2.7L V6 engine. After a few months service and less than 5,000 miles, the engine developed an oil leak which was trace to the head gasket.
